Experienced Instructors

Experience can't be bought! At Alert Fire and Safety, our employee turnover rate is incredibly low. In addition to the other benefits by having happy skilled employees, our instructors' knowledge grows and grows with each passing year. Our instructors are fun, engaging, clear and articulate. They have years of first hand experience in training and in real-life fire situations and look forward to training you and your employees.

Learn Valuable Information

"Aren't they all the same?!"

No, they aren't. There are many sizes, shapes, chemicals and uses. It is wrong to assume that all red extinguishers are the same. Let our instructors teach and instruct you and your employees about the many types, chemicals and specific uses. This education helps you comply with OSHA rules and regulations and most importantly helps to keep you and your employees safe.

Confidence Building / Hands-On Experience

Our classes consist of a blend of classroom type lecture and hands on practice. We will be teaching about the specific types of extinguishers your business has on site, in addition to going over the fundamentals of how to use a fire extinguisher. After that, participants will be allowed the opportunity to extinguish a REAL FIRE!

This is something that many people have not ever experienced and have only seen in movies and T.V.

Hollywood doesn't help and many people's anticipated experience is drastically different than what they have seen on the screen. Training should be done in a safe environment and as close to a real emergency situation as possible to better prepare participants for something we hope they never experience in real life.

Convenient Classes To Fit Your Schedule

What works for you, works for us! Training is done at your business, allowing it to fit into your schedule.  Our normal business hours (7:30-6pm) do not limit you to scheduling training classes during that time. We have trained late night shifts and delivery companies that require their crew to be out on the roads before 7:30am. Classes with 30-40 people last for approximately one hour. Multiple classes can be taught in the same day, allowing you to train your various shifts.
